1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Please ensure your selection (shade, type, and quantity) is correct before completing your purchase.
2. Hygiene Standards
Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we cannot accept returns once the items have left our warehouse. This ensures that every product you receive from us is brand new and untampered with.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if you receive a product that is visibly damaged or if we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel:
If you receive a wrong item, a damaged product, or an incorrect order, we will provide a full refund via original payment method ( credit card / FPx / e wallet )
