We strive to get your beauty essentials to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines below.
1. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping across Malaysia:

| East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) | RM 15.00 |
Please note: Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice due to adjustments in courier service fees or fuel surcharges.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
West Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days after ship-out.
East Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after ship-out.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been picked up by our courier partner (e.g., J&T Express, NinjaVan, or Pos Laju), you will receive a Tracking Number via email/SMS. You can use this number to monitor your parcel’s journey.
4. Shipping Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, please understand that delays may occasionally occur during peak sale seasons (e.g., 11.11, 12.12), festive holidays, or due to unforeseen courier issues. We appreciate your patience during these times.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. Keia Beauty is not responsible for non-delivery or additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
